Pure Sweat + Float Studio Brentwood

This was an incredibly healing float experience for me and it was only my first time! I spent 40 glorious minutes in the tank with soothing music and blue light. The door isnt locked so no problem opening it easily. Afterwards, my skin and hair felt so silky and the attendants told me that I would be absorbing magnesium for the next few days. All good things! I found Infrared Saunas as a way to escape mid-day while working from home. Since then, I’ve been using the sauna weekly and have found it completely shifts my mood and makes me happier + boosts my energy. It also has made my skin clear and glowy! This studio is clean, beautifully designed and has lead me to floating. Float therapy has been a game changer for my mental well-being and I recommend it to anyone that is feeling stressed, anxious, cranky, or just plain ‘stuck’. I am so happy to have found this place.

Pure Sweat + Float has helped my body recover from an auto-immune disease caused by high levels of stress. My body used to break out in red bumps when feeling anxious or stressed. I sweat about 2-3 times a week and have noticed a HUGE difference in my skin. Even my small acne breakouts have completely cleared up. I love this place! Being able to stop by after a run or workout and get in the last bit of sweat I have feels amazing. It’s really helped keep my muscles loose. The staff does a great job at explaining all the addition benefits of the sauna and float therapy- I didn’t even know the sauna was one of the reasons my skin has been clearing up! Besides that- just walking in is relaxing and invited in itself with the bright colors and cleanliness. Can’t wait for my next session!
