Amy D'Andrea is amazing and the BEST agent I've ever had with any insurance company. This is my first time having Liberty Mutual, usually I choose Geico, Progressive, or State Farm but my husband and I decided that those insurance companies are over the top in pricing and they've become less hands on and more automated with pre-recordings when you call to make a claim or just to make any changes on your account!! Liberty Mutual, I got a REAL, CHEERFUL, HELPFUL, AND NICE customer service and insurance agent- Ms. Amy D'andrea!! Not only did she do everything she could to save me money, she took the time to get to know me and about my family and walked me through every bit of the insurance process, explaining everything about my policy and answered any and all questions I had and not once tried to rush off the phone or ever getting irritated by my questions or how long she was having to stay on the phone with me!! I give her 5 out of 5 stars because she was informative, nice & cheerful, excited about her job, and she wanted to do all she could to save me money, but make sure my family and property was insured!! THANK YOU, Amy and good job Liberty Mutual for having someone like Amy D'andrea as a employee!! I'm so glad I decided to step away from those other insurance companies and took a chance on Liberty Mutual, I'm one satisfied customer!!

Amy is PHENOMENAL. I called her, she educated me, got me exactly what I was looking for, and it was cheaper than what I was paying.
