Matthew and Kyle came to our house today, and WOW! They were amazing. We have to replace both units and duct work. They took their time and explained everything in a way that we could understand. Never did we feel like they were trying to sell us something that we did not need. They are the Dream Team and we hope that we will always get these guys for our service calls. Mid State has never let us down. Thank You!

Jacob was amazing and has been to our house now for our semi-annual service. This company is honest and does not try to sell you things you don’t need. We actually had another company mess things up and this company fixed the other companies mistake. The act with integrity and can be trusted. I would highly recommend this business and ask for Jacob if you can but everyone that has come to our house has been great!

Shannon and Matthew were on time and very professional. When they were all finished with my annual inspection and tune-up, they thoroughly described what upgrades or replacements I needed. I had them do one and they completed the work. Very happy with these 2 technicians and the company.

I have used MidState for years and always have exceptional, fair service. This time was an unexpected call when I had a leak in my ceiling that I did not know where it coming from. Shaun came out and looked at everything he could to try to figure out the problem. He was extremely polite and patient with it all. He was unable to find the source but said he would consult with others to get their opinion on it. That night I was able to find the leak and figure it out. I called them the next day and within 4 hours they were back at my house fixing the issue. Shaun and Joel were two of the best plumbers I have ever had to deal with. The job was not an easy task but they worked hard to fix it. I could not ask for better service. I would highly recommend these guys. Thank you both again for helping me!
