This sale was the 3rd transaction in last 3 years we have experienced the Stormberg Group either as a buyer or seller. Each experience has been very positive. Staff is timely, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Amber is particularly knowledgeable regarding the market which was very helpful in completing all the transactions successfully and to our satisfaction.

Full-service? You'd have to be to proactively recommend a property to an investor/client who wasn't looking, write the offer the day of the open house, and take the whole thing through to closing all without the buyer ever stepping foot in the home... Oh yeah, did I mention that the investment property came with an already-ready and living-in-the-home tenant? Who (scorrrrrrrre!) wanted to sign a two-year lease? Now granted, not EVERY transaction can look like this one, folks... but what's important here is that Stormberg Group took the initiative. They know their customer base, they know their "potential"-maybe-it-might-be-something-that-might-work-for-her customer base... and then they work like crazy to assemble their team of awesome lenders (miss you, Renee!
Christmas Coffee?), and closing attorneys (Wagonwheel-Steve, I hope your hand has recovered after signing for me) who make it happen even though you live across the country. I can't say enough good things about Amber and her carefully curated team (hi, Shawn!)... They're just exceptional... and I'm so excited that one day I'll eventually be more than their client -- I'll be their neighbor.
