  We’re very pleased and happy to write our best possible review for Dr. Kemp and the fantastic team at Kemp & Rice Orthodontics. One of our children is special needs with Down’s syndrome, a severe underbite, and complex dental issues. After several consultations in the area, most orthodontist weren’t confident that braces would help, and some weren’t even willing to take her as a patient. When we consulted with Dr. Kemp, he didn’t look for reasons why it couldn’t be done, but immediately consulted our dentist and oral surgeons to explore how she might be helped. After almost a four year process that included complex oral surgery, our daughter now has a beautiful, sweet smile! Dr. Kemp’s team was so loving and caring throughout the process, they practically became family. Our daughter loved Dr. Kemp’s staff, and they genuinely loved her. We can’t thank Dr. Kemp and his staff enough. Through their patience and willingness, our lives are forever and wonderfully changed.

  Dr. Kemp and associates provide the highest quality care possibly. Each person is professional and dedicated to improving people’s lives. Both my sons had their braces here. I had braces for a second time at 57 years old. I had so much mouth, jaw and head pain which resolved with straightening back out my teeth, in particular my lowers. I wish I had had it done 10 years sooner. I have been a trauma and ICU RN for many many years. Dr. Kemps team offers cutting edge caring treatment that I know and trust.

  First orthodontist I went to and am still going to, I'm so blessed for this place. I recently had gotten a mold for retainers and then had to get fillings, they kindly explained that since the retainer would not fit after my fillings my retainer for after the fillings would be free! They are so thoughtful and caring and the staff is always making sure you are comfortable!

  10 out of 10, 100 out of 100. Holy Grail of Orthodontics!!! Dr. Kemp and Dr. Rice and their entire establishment is amazing. Give you a little back story. This would be my 2nd-3rd time having braces and my first orthodontics (serviced me twice), to be frank was not the best. Dr. Kemp and his staff truly are amazing. He is very knowledgable, personable, and I've always felt like family when entering. Franklin is my favorite location, not only because it was near my place but it's something about it. From Sheryl the office manager who oh my gosh, is PHENOMENAL!!!!!! She's 100000% the best when it comes to customer service, and building on those client/patient relationships. SHE is not only hospitable, but she always went above and beyond when it came to making sure if I had questions, they were answered, and if I couldn't make an appt ( because I recently moved to another state) she would make sure I was taken care of. She always made sacrifices, and as a client that really goes a long way. She is definitely glue that forever sticks in that office. The good kind, that if you take it away, I'm not sure who the puzzle works.I can't forget about the fabulous Kammie, Riley, Destiny, and Suzan. These ladies always had a smile on their faces, always so sweet, and very knowledge of their craft. This family has a family dynamic and it runs through the environment of the office. Oh! I can;t forget that my teeth look AHMAAAAAAAAAZINGGGGGG!!!!!!!!! Dr. Kemp's office is a prime example of no matter who large your clientele grows, you as a client and patient still matters. Also, I love that he and his team will make sure your teeth are absolutely perfect before they take the braces off, which I respect that because from my previous experience, some establishments only want your money and if you're not paying, they are ready for you to get up out the chair. That made me feel good. I was with him for a year and he accomplished more in a year than my last orthodontics. I love this place, and they always make you feel good. In the future, if I'm ever in Nashville, my future kids will be here.

  My 7 year old and 10 year old are currently patients of Dr Kemp. I'm convinced he's the best Ortho in Franklin, he and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. We're usually in and out in 15-20 minutes for appointments. To top it off, he's very reasonable with pricing. Highly recommended!
