Pulled and parked last night across from receiving behind the building inside the gate. I had a noon appt. Guys woke me up at 0720 and gave me a door 0740 I'm empty.. This is how a warehouse is supposed to work.. secure parking and quick unload....5 stars all day

Load delivery. Appointment time : 0830. Arrived 0815. Offloading finished :0900. That's fast for a full load trailer. Receiving docks @ back of the building, shipping@ front. You can also find overnight parking here. I am impressed with their work.

I-840 exit hwy 109 north. Turn left at first light onto Central Pike. Turn left onto Duke Drive BETWEEN the buildings for suite 190 which is DSC/B&G. Go past the little cemetery on the right, then T/R into the first driveway. Follow signs to shipping or receiving. I went to shipping which is facing Duke Drive. Check in is at a labeled man door around dock 17-16. Says sprinkler door too, and yes there's a place for drivers to sprinkle! I needed a 5-digit number beginning with 25 to check in. Fill out the little form in the tray to the left of the check in window and present it to the person in the office. They will assign you a door. Slide tandems to the back of your clean (this is a food pickup after all) trailer and back in. Chock your tire. Unhook, disconnect and go park in the slots opposite the door 25 area. They will call your cell phone when the load is ready. I arrived 1 hour early and was loaded before my appointment time. Your mileage may vary.

This warehousing facility runs very efficiently. They run by appointment only, and seemed to stay on schedule when I visited. The receiving personell were very friendly and accommodating. Quick unload time. Once assigned a dock door, wait for green light and return to receiving office for BOL.
