Rooms are dated and nice, but the big deck top and side out work well for remote working. The TV has two remotes, 1 for the TV and 1 for the box, I could not get them to work at the same time. The best thing was the app check-in with the digital key . Maintenance is shabby, my daughter can caulk a shower better.

The room seems a bit dated, and at the very least needs a decent maintenance person to come through. The A/C units front face is falling off, the shower pan caulking is cracking and browning. Overall, it's not bad, just minor stuff. The service, the front desk was helpful, but my room wasn't ready for me for almost an hour PASTA the 3pm check-in time, despite arriving at 2:15pm, and the front desk asking the cleaning staff if it was done and ready several times, always getting "15 more minutes and it'll be done". Finally, the front desk lady went up to the room herself, and saw it was done, and got me checked in and a room key. Very thankful for that! The breakfast is basic, but quite tasty, and plenty of it. Their serving time is good too, 6am start! Only ice machine is on the first floor by the main lobby, so that part sucks, but also very minor. Overall, I'm enjoying my stay, on night 2 out of 13!

First off the staff here are awesome, absolutely wonderful. The rooms are a little out of date and can use a technology update. The location to the airport, town is great. The location in proximity to I-40 is too darn close. If ha hotel has to have a complementary whire noise generator in the room, that's not good for sleeping. The highway side of the hotel definitely needs to be sound proof. Once I asked for a new room I was graciously relocated and had no more issues. The breakfast is delicious and filling and changed daily.
