She even encouraged me to put a treatment off because she is getting a new treatment tool she feels will give me a better result. .

She takes photos to show your progress and marks your face (I know it seems like everyone should, but THEY DON’T). She makes you feel at ease. I am a happy customer and recommend The Refinery to anyone who is looking to feel refreshed and have a little more confidence!

She will work very patiently to create a plan unique to you! I feel very prepared for each procedure no matter how big or small. With each visit she continues to assess your ongoing needs.
Most importantly, my skin looks and feels better than it has in years!
I would (and have) recommend Annie without hesitation and look forward to seeing her again soon! Wish I could give her ALL the stars- you will not be disappointed!
