Publix Super Market at Hickory Ridge Shopping Center

The employees are always helpful, professional and friendly. More often than not, when I take a buggy to the car, by the time I'm finished unloading an employee is on their way to collect it. They are very service oriented at this location!

Never in a million years would I have described a grocery shopping experience as “delightful” like I did yesterday. The option to pick up all orders at a pickup counter is super helpful. And let me brag on the associates as well. The associates at the pickup counter were so helpful and friendly to me and my kids. They’re either all super nice or they really love their jobs. We did some additional shopping as well. I accidentally left something at checkout. They even chased us down to bring it to us. Really nice and pleasant store.

I really love this location. Everyone is so friendly. I mean all the publix I enjoy but what set this store apart is the cashiers. Tommy is my favorite, he’s always dancing, singing, and smiling which has brightened up my day several times. You just never know what people are going through and it feels good to have amazing customer service who can make your day just a little bit brighter.

Brand new stores rock. Especially Publix. A good assortment of prepared foods and even a place upstairs to eat them that looks down over the store.
The staff is extremely nice and helpful! Over the top! If I lived right by here I’d have this as my main store for sure!
The parking is easy and the layout of the store if very friendly….

This new store is well stocked, clean, and organized. Their prepared food island is great with hot meals, sandwiches, and seafood. The produce all looked fresh as well as the meat department. I wanted a bigger selection in deli meats but that was the only disappointment I’ve had. I will shop there again.
