    Sara is the best. I've had many therapists over 40+ years and there is no one like Sara. She has helped me in so many ways. I can't recommend too highly.

    I highly recommend Sara Scott. She is personable and kind.
    When we are in session together. I feel seen and heard. She activily listens, and offers feedback if i want it.
    I have been seeing her on and off for about 4 yrs now. I came in strugglung with depression and anxiety.
    She has helped me learn the Practice of Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, and empathy.
    She offers a safe space for her clients.
