This was my first experience with Audi Nashville. I traveled 2 1/2 hours from my home in East Tennessee since I needed my front brakes looked at due to severe grinding on the drivers side. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who took my vehicle into the service bay. When I walked in, my greeting was not that friendly from the person working the first desk. But I was then introduced to my service advisor and he was very polite and friendly and I reviewed my issue and an extended warranty I had purchased when I bought my A7 back in NH. He kept me informed, communication was superior and he took the necessary time to explain things to me. I would definitely travel back to Audi Nashville to work with him again. He went in detail with the recommendations for maintenance for my Audi, and got all the process done in timely manner and with great kindness. Audi of Nashville provides outstanding service both in sales & service. My vehicle had been waiting for repairs due to a recall for over a year. Supply Chain Issues no fault of dealer. Called & they one part left for the repair of my vehicle. I live two hours away from the dealership & they said they would hold the part for me until I could make it to the dealership. When I arrived they worked on my vehicle immediately & were done with the repair In less time than expected. They also performed a 50 point inspection for no charge. I would like to especially recognize the effort of Service Rep CJ Harrison. His efforts to provide top notch service were invaluable. My wife and I bought a car from them and it was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle anywhere. We got soft drinks on the way there and they were still cold after the sale was finished completely. I hate dealing with dealerships of any kind but this one is the best place to buy anything. I placed an order for a new car through Scott at the Audi Nashville dealership and he was incredibly helpful, kind, accessible by text (which was very convenient), and knowledgeable. He gave me progressive updates on the car's arrival date and when I got to the dealership to pick up the car, he had every piece of paperwork ready and waiting for me. It was very efficient and easy. He gave me a personalized tour of my new car, helped me understand certain features, and helped me customize my vehicle to my specifications.
