Everyone was professional and courteous. The process was smooth and well thought out with COVID precautions in place. I was impressed. They also gave me a great deal on my glasses, which was a pleasant surprise.

Best team ever! Eyewear can be expensive so I appreciate the extra time staff provides--especially Shellie Brashears. She goes the extra mile to ensure I get the best care at the best price. Consistency is a valuable factor, and the Mt. Juliet Visionworks, from the exam to leaving with new eyewear, keeps getting better and better!

I have been a Visionworks customer in Mt. Juliet ever since it was either named or owned by Value Vision. My reason for this was that they had the best prices and biggest selection of glasses that I had found in our area.

I have noticed in the last year or so that their customer service has greatly improved in general. The representatives seem more knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I decided to leave a review after having one of my best experiences there to date.

I had purchased the lens insurance on my last pair of glasses and recently went in to have my lenses replaced due to a scratch on one of the lenses. The very day that I got my new lenses, I was cooking supper and a piece of a potato popped up from the oil and landed on my lens. I tried immediately to get it off with a microfiber cloth, but there must have been a piece of salt on it that scratched my lens. I went back to V.V. the next day and asked them if they could try to buff it out since I had already used my insurance (and this definitely wasn't their responsibility). Jomar Harris looked up my account and graciously told me that he had just ordered me another set of lenses. This blew me away. I had not even asked for that-he just did it. I was so grateful! I have told several of my friends about this "above and beyond customer service" because it is so rare to find these days.
