(July 19, 2023, 10:02 am)great facility at a great price. Its awesome to be able to charge your boat batteries while its in storage. The facility always looks clean and tidy. The owners are great. I highly recommend this place. Very close to the boat ramp also.

(January 9, 2018, 7:27 pm)Great place. Had my boat there 2 yrs. Owner is the greatest guy in the world. Today I had to put my boat with trailer onto a flatbed due to trailer issues. He tirelessly helped me with everything. It took us 3 hrs to get it done. I love this boat storage. I can't thank the owner enough for taking that much time and effort out of his day to help.

(April 24, 2017, 2:19 pm)Owner was great to work with. He had a flock of birds feeding in his pond. A birder wanted to take some close-up pictures. He allowed us into the property. It is a well-secured boat storage location. Looked like a great place for boat storage also.

I sometimes work on my boat late into the evening and never feel worried about bothering anyone or being bothered. My experiences with the owner has always been positive, both the owner and his family have been friendly to me and my family. Other renters have always been friendly too.
