Great room! Bed was soft, comfortable, and neatly done. The decor is upscale, the TV is big, and the shower is exactly what I needed. Well done, Roy.

This was my first visit to Rockport, I've got to start off by saying the price for the room was great and I was honestly surprised by how nice and clean the room was when I first entered. This is a basic hotel not luxury so if that's what you're looking for rent a beach house lol. I did have a bit of an issue with the room key reader (had to do it a few times before the door unlocked) but that happens everywhere, & there was no soap in my restroom but when i went to the office and let the receptionist know I needed some, she was so sweet and apologetic about there not being any in the room and gave me what I needed. The location in my opinion is amazing for the price you pay, my daughter and I were able to walk to the beach and it's great that they're across the street from a gas station. The microwave and mini fridge were clean & the AC worked great! The beds were clean and so comfy. I will definitely be using this Hotel for any future visits and I would recommend this place to anyone on a budget who is needing a beach getaway. If you have small kids just keep them away from the windows because it is a very thin glass and you don't want any accidents.

Friend and I went this wonderful place during Easter long weekend. The rooms are very clean with great location. The feeling of the hotel rooms should be 3star + ! It just took 5 min driving to Rockport pier for fishing.We really enjoy staying there… and will come again!
