  We went for the 2022 Fall Festival and the kids LOVED it. There are many activities and shaded places to sit that are scattered throughout the site. The maps are clear with what to find and where to find it.
  
  Some key important points:
  - They are CASHLESS. This is on their site but I still feel like it's important to mention. I believe they use Square; we had no issues making purchases.
  - The ticket is flat rate, per person and includes all activities. Each activity has a line but it was never a long wait. The only things we paid extra for is food, pumpkins, and the vase for flower picking.
  - They let you bring a wagon (for kids) but not a cooler. As someone with dietary restrictions and the limited food options, this poses as a problem.
  - Continuing on food items, the options were slim. The selections consist of friend items (mainly chicken and fries), hot dog, pulled pork (very small portion for the price), kettle corn, and chips. These items are also located in different booths so if you have someone that wants fried chicken strips and another that wants BBQ or a hot dog, you have to wait in two separate lines.
  - The event times were not clear. I looked ahead on the website and when you click on the calendar, only got an error messages. The day we arrived, I didn't see any signs posted with times. We just happened to catch the gun show when walking by but my kids were disappointed that we couldn't watch the pig races.
  - Plenty of drink options but be prepared to pay (what I like to call) them park prices. The frozen lemonade is delish but about $5. The standard lemonade is $6 but HUGE and shareable. The pulled pork (pictured) was $8 but the portion was very small. I understand that it's typically served on bread but I can't have bread.
  
  Something that was not clear on the website or at the farm is if you can leave and get re-entry. The tickets are sold in hour time slots on their website and there's very clearly one entrance and a separate exit. They give you a bracelet when you arrive so maybe they will let you back in during certain hours? The question came about when another mom ask me if I knew because she left a change of clothes for her child in the car. My kids are older so I carried a backpack.
  
  Overall, it was still a fun experience and my kids said they preferred it over Sweet Berry Farm who, last I checked, still charges per activity and Barton Hills Farm has so much more. We spend a good 4 hours there so bring your sunblock. I think they just need some help refining things to make things more clear to the customer.

  Great way to spend a day out with family. There are adult beverages and plenty of kid adventures. The only thing that will cost you additional money is fishing, Apple guns and if you buy a pumpkin or pick flowers.

  Another happy customer here! Brought the family, celebrating my son's recent 8th birthday and the full swing of the season. The apple cannons are completely worth the additional expense, the corn maze was just as we were hoping, and all other included activities were diverting for a wide range of ages. Unfortunately I didn't have the opportunity this visit to indulge in the biergarten, so I suppose I'll have to return. Gladly :)

  Fun fall day activities for kids of all ages. Apple shooting, slides, face paint, pumpkins, flowers, corn maze. Really a good place for families, birthdays, extra special food and a beer garden too.

  We went to this pumpkin patch event on a Sunday. We ordered tickets in advance online, they do NOT take cash. We arrived when they opened at 10 AM. They have a wide variety of activities, all oriented towards children. We enjoyed the slides, hayride, bee train, pumpkin patch and more. Live animals include cows, sheep, goats, chickens, even a longhorn steer. Expect to be out of doors and plan accordingly. It may be rather hot. They offer a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, a few beers, and some things to eat. Prices are high due to your being at the event. NO CASH. Parking was well organized, and there are lots of porta potties. Staff is friendly and the place is well-maintained and clean. If you are interested in this kind of an experience I certainly enjoyed this place!
