So I have been a customer with Sames Ford for the past 8yrs, and they have been true to their word. I purchased a vehicle in 2015, then again this past summer 2022. I had a special order vehicle, which many people were complaining that certain dealerships were raising their prices upon delivery. Sames Bastrop is true to their word and easy to work with, not only did they not raise their prices but worked with me every step of they way to finance my vehicle helping me get the lowest rate. Even though times are tough for many dealerships, they keep true to their word and good service! Give them a try, you’ll be glad you did.

Unbelievable experience with Sames and Liz. Found me the truck I wanted and made the buying experience painless. Liz went above and beyond and even came in on her day off to help me navigate the entire process. Bought the truck on a Tuesday, she had it tinted, bedliner put in, and detailed, and ready to pick up by Thursday. The entire Sames group was amazing.

I called Sames Ford in Bastrop and spoke with Liz. I have spoke and worked with different dealerships and I will say that Liz is by far the best salesperson that I have ever dealt with. When I pulled up to the dealership to look at a car, Liz came right out and acted like we knew each for a long time. She is very personable and made the process very easy. I will say that I was just “looking” for a car and didn’t need a new one. I got such a great deal and with the customer service I received, I drove out of there with a new Ford Bronco Sport. Liz stayed after the dealership closed to make sure that my new ride was clean and I had a full tank of gas. I have had my Bronco for a month now and Liz called to see how I am enjoying the ride. Bryan and the team at Sames made buying a new vehicle a breeze. After having a bad experience at 2 previous dealerships, we found a vehicle we were looking for at Sames. It was about an hour drive and we have 2 small children so we set up the entire deal over phone, text, and email in just a few hours. They were all very responsive and not pushy at all.
