Can not ever get a hold of any one at # listed , the address on line for them is not their add. was able to contact them through my md and was able to go to the lab and was treated with respect and after was told I would need to pick up machine in Austin, never have been called back to pick it up and have no clue where to do that and you right cant get any one to answer the phone listed for them and my md has tried as well so what is one to do ????? lol oh well maybe near future will hear from some one been a month
