  What an awesome spot! Stumbled upon Texas Coffee Works and was blown away by the service, coffee and amazing baked goods. I had an everything bagel which was made fresh that morning, with the most delicious veggie & dill cream cheese. I couldn’t leave without getting something sweet too and opted for an decadent ginger cookie, it was perfection. They take care with everything they do, incredibly knowledgeable and a wonderful environment. Will be going out of my way to stop there again.

  Texas Coffee Works is a gem outside of ATX, just down HWY 71 in Bastrop, TX. (Right after Buc-cee's!) this place is reallyyyy cool vibes. Feels straight out of a National Park... Bastrop State Park and McKinney Roughs are just a jaunt away, grab a Nalgene! You'll need it in the TX sun!

  What a cute establishment! They are located right off the highway in a little corner. Don't let that fool you, they have really tasty coffee and excellent service. They have gluten free pastry options that look absolutely delicious. They also have a lot of merchandise that is really neat. I highly suggest making the trip down the road and supporting this business.

  Johna is absolutely the friendliest barista. She works to make sure your beverage is just right, and always does it with a smile and gratitude. The coffee here is freshly-roasted, fair priced, and tastes amazing!!! They have so much more than coffee, too! The owners are very down-to-earth are are continuously working to improve their already great products!

  So excited for this place to be here! Bastrop has needed a great coffee shop for a long time. Their coffee is excellent, they have a lot of roasts to choose from. They roast their coffee right here in the shop! The place has a great vibe and industrial decor, very friendly staff, and their merch is so rad! Very reasonably priced merch, unlike a lot of places who are trying to get rich off of their merch. We literally walked out with $100 worth of goods and coffee. Can’t wait to come back & hang out. Seems like a great place to get some work done while drinking coffee.
  They do have pastries as well. Looking forward to this place opening up on weekends as well!
