I take Tai Chi here to combat the effects of Parkinson's Disease, and have noticed much improved balance and flexibility. Rob is very patient and very knowledgeable and is always encouraging me to strive to be better.

My son started taking classes on February 20 and is absolutely loving it. He is only 6 years old and has already learned so much. Rob has been great and all the other kids are so nice and helpful!! It's great to see the kids helping each other to be successful. Awesome school! Awesome teacher!! Daniel is always looking forward to class!
