Smilepoint Dental Care Elgin

I give it a big thumbs up! The staff was very friendly, and really attentive to your needs. Andrea the hygienist was super cool with an amazing attitude!

Recently I had the opportunity to visit Smilepoint Dental Care in Elgin. I immediately noted how professional, yet friendly the employees were. Particularly Mary, Addy, Demi, Tammy & Jodi. I had a million questions to ask, and they not only answered my one million questions, but courteously and with real smiles. I was referred to them by a friend of a friend, and that worked out really well. Dr. Song is the most patient dentist I've ever met in my 62 years, and I'll say that again. Smilepoint kept it real, Smilepoint is on point.

I had the best experience with Smilepoint Dental and it's staff. I was accompanying my husband to his appointment and found that we had yet to identify a provider to our insurance. The personnel was very helpful in contacting by provider and assisting with this registration process. I myself have not visited a dentist in a number of years and counted myself lucky that I was able to schedule an appointment for myself for the SAME day. Everyone was so professional and accommodating, thanks to all the staff which between me and my husband's concurrent visit we came in contact with Dr. Song, Demi, Tasha, Tammy and Mary.

I had an extremely painful tooth that needed extracting. Dr. Song and his assistant Julio did a great job of getting me taken care of. He was very gentle which is greatly appreciated. Everybody in the office was great about explaining costs and very nice people all around.

Andrea has a gentle hand. Excellent service!
