The nurse was really nice that checked us in , and Dr. Dollison was also really great. They were quick and took the covid precautions..overall a great visit. Thank y'all 😁
I have three kiddos that absolutely love Dr. English and her staff. She has been my kids doctor for over 8 years! WOW... that's a long time! I have even had to call her in the middle of the night and she called back quickly with excellent advice. I recommend Dr. English and all the Elgin Pediatrics staff to any parent that wants a doctor who feels like part of the family. Dr. English really cares about the kids; they are NOT just another number to her. THANKS TO ALL OF YOU AT ELGIN PEDIATRICS!!!
We have been going to Dr. English with our two daughters now for 5 years. She was the first pediatrician I went to after a recommendation from the pediatrician at St. David's in Austin, and I have never regretted that decision. Her staff know my kids by name, are extremely helpful there and over the phone, and our above and beyond caring. I have NEVER once felt rushed by Dr. English and even on busy days the wait is never unbearable. They have crayons, butcher paper, and books in the waiting area. You can bring some books to the room with you if you'd like which is nice as well. *A tip that may help other Moms though,(which the staff are use to me doing) is turn off the lights, get out that phone flash light, and play shadow puppets. :) Above all else though I know my kids are taken care of. I will going there as long as we live here.
