(December 11, 2019, 10:39 am)True professional. Dr Tovar. Gentle as advertised. And even more important their office actually knows how to properly bill insurance. So when you are told what you will pay beforehand the bill is exactly that or less when you come out. That is a must for me. They also seem to treat their employees well. Another plus is the employees are competent which means they probably hire certified or experienced techs and they PAY them Decent wages. Nothing ruins a good employee faster than being treated terrible as well as paying them less than bill miller. So Helotes Family Dental is doing things right. Great Job management , doctors, Techs, and front office!

(November 1, 2019, 2:28 pm)The staff and dentists and dental hygienist are all amazing. I’ve seen Dr. Tovar every visit and he has gone above and beyond with treatment plans. I don’t think I’ve had to wait longer than 5 minutes after my appt time to be called back and to be seen. I thoroughly enjoy every visit and I believe they will continue to give great service and I will be a customer for life! Thank you for a seamless and effortless appt and treatment experience every time I’ve visited.

(April 19, 2019, 4:21 pm)I wouldn't go anywhere else! Our entire family has been coming to Helotes Gentle Family Dentistry since 2010, when the Air Force moved us to San Antonio. Everyone who works there are very nice and professional. They work hard to coordinate with our multiple insurance companies and the VA. I'm so glad we found them.
