    I applied for a mortgage refinance and Thomas Racioppe was an amazing person to work with. He always answered my calls and emails and made the process so easy and Jeffery made it so easy to open my savings account. Great Credit Union with great staff. I highly recommend PenFed Credit Union.

    Just wanted to give a public thank you and an endorsement to PenFed Credit Union. The customer service folks are very friendly, knowledgeable, and have a great credit card Power Cash Rewards that offers all the perks.
    I called and was approved before the call was over. As a Vietnam Veteran, I support institutions that support us. PenFed Credit Union, was established for veterans, although it is now open to all that wish to become members.
