Working with NOVA was nothing short of a great experience for many reasons. I initially inquired about issues with my security cameras and alarm systems, which were all taken care of and brought back to speed, but I also was educated on other smart home technologies that I did not know existed. Because of the smart home additions I requested from NOVA, not only did my home increase in value, but my overall peace of mind enhanced knowing that I have a secure smart home that functions properly. Each NOVA team member that I dealt with ensured that all questions were answered, all vital details were reviewed, and explained all service/equipment/maintenance packages. I cannot say enough how happy I am with NOVA as a whole. I will surely be calling them back and referring them to friends & family!

The staff at NOVA are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced. They handled the installation of my new security system and they walked me through all the features of the new equipment and how to setup scenes and automation to cover all my needs. They even knew about the encryption on the network to prevent hackers. They are very knowledgeable about privacy and security. I highly recommend them!

The NOVA team was awesome! They explained everything very carefully and made sure my husband and I understood the entire process. The installation tech was great as well. Was skeptical at first not knowing how this was different than purchasing smart products from BestBuy, but found this to be the best smart home experience I’ve ever had! I wanted a home security system and some speakers for when I entertain. The team there is very thorough explaining the pros and cons without being super technical. I wish I would’ve went with these guys sooner!

My first interaction with NOVA was with Oscar. I appreciated that he didn’t try to sell me everything, he just listened to what I was trying to accomplish. I told him what I was trying to achieve and he was very knowledgeable & patient with my indecisiveness. Communication was prompt and clear. Before the install team left for the day, they took the time to thoroughly explain how to use the products & were very professional and patient walking us through everything.
