  As a regular, I have been to many places for my Botox injections in San Antonio and Boerne. Since I have a large face, I tend to get about 40-60 U each 3-4 mo for my eyebrows, around the eyes and the forehead and I was considered "happy'.
  
  When I came to Texas Dermatology, they told me that I needed more units, I couldn't understand why, no one told me before.
  
  Looking at his credentials, I trusted the dermatologist and indeed after 10 days, I noticed a drastic difference between his technique and others. He was fast, and seems to be very knowledgeable. My forehead was tight and free of lines, my sagged eyelids were less obvious, he could manage to move up my eyebrows, the corner of mouth was no longer looking sad and downward. I literally had a liquid facelift.
  
  I think they should have explained more as he was one of those few experts who can inject so differently and what can be seen. Later, I did read about the doctor who looked young so I thought he may not have that much experience.
  
  But I was wrong, the doctor was very knowledgeable, trained at University of Pennsylvania, a professor of dermatology and on top of that he was editor of a dermatology journal. They were so humble but having explained it to me, it was much easier. Prior to seeing Dr. Ghohestani, I now realized that I was seeing a surgical tech or a nurse with a mediocre result.
  
  I highly recommend him. My suggestion is to improve waiting time. However, to be fair if this guy is very unique in his way of injection, I can understand why many likes to see him. Overall, I am happy!

  Very welcoming and knowlegable staff.
  I had a couple Hydro-dermabrasion treatments, and my face has definitely became brighter.
