  Let me start by saying I frequent ALL the San Antonio area DSWs and plan to copy and paste this review on those Google postings in hopes in gains attention by DSW.
  Today I went to the Ingram Festival location and my sister found shoes she absolutely loved at a great price (great clearance find, per usual DSW). She tried them on and they were a bit big(9.5 and her normal shoe size is a 9) she was thinking of just buying them big because she liked them so much. I went to the nearest employee, Melody and asked if she would mind looking to see if the same shoe was available anywhere in a 9. She was more than happy to help. She looked it up and saw they were possibly available a couple other locations and offered to call and see who had what in stock.
  Melody spent no less than 15 minutes calling three other locations AND found a pair in a 9 like we needed. She then placed the shoes on hold so we could go grab them. My sister was worried if she put the 9.5 back and got to the 9 it may be too tight and Melody suggested we buy the 9.5 go to the other store try the 9 and keep whichever fit. Also, why we waited Melody mentioned I looked familiar, I told her I frequent DSW more than I like to admit. She also mentioned she has worked at almost all of the locations around town. I go ahhh ???? yes, I have definitely completed many a lunch transactions with you at the Forum location.
  I know this may seem like someone "just doing their job". She is an exceptional person who is treating people with respect and dignty regardless of who they are.
  I can't tell you how many people that work in retail, service industry and just general customer service that have inability to recognize that people are people and you should treat them as such. Everyone is going through something. This week my sister and I are burying our sister and she needed shoes. Melody didn't know that.
  Melody helped us check one more box off our endless and daunting to do list. And with a smile!

  Only the best place in SA for shoes! The sale racks always have some good deals and the designer selection is great. They also carry a small selection of some very nice costume jewelry, great handbags and miscellaneous accessories (socks, scarves, etc.). I come here at least once a month to see what goodies I can pick up. They also have an excellent rewards program.
