I was so very delighted to discover this venue on which I can share my experiences, thoughts, and description of our professional relationship with attorney Stephen Foster. My great fortune in locating Stephen occurred through his wife, Ashley Botard Foster, who has been my attorney for over a decade. Although she consistently provided us with stellar advice and care, she was unavailable as she was campaigning for judge! I will admit that, initially, we did feel a bit uneasy and apprehensive as we had never had the opportunity to meet Stephen in the past.Our Case involved our adult, autistic son and it was quite serious.We were both incredibly frightened and stressed. We were really struggling to eat and sleep.
Finally, the time came for our appointment to meet Stephen and discuss all that we should expect in court. Zachary generally does poorly when meeting new people. Nevertheless, Stephen has a contagious calmness about him which penetrates your being and makes one truly hopeful- believing that the best result IS going to occur!! He somehow uses this gift along with his genuine personality which can be both very friendly or intense depending on the situation- meaning that he is a super nice guy to be around but is VERY serious about his cases and I believe that is probably the most important thing for him. After all, that is why we are hiring him- for his expertise and his preparation (which he must have done MUCH of in our case!!!) I mentioned earlier that I was hoping for the best possible results. Well. As it turned out, I was oblivious to what that even was. Stephen Foster won the case and obtained a result that I didn’t even know was possible to acquire!!!! He had to repeat the outcome to me multiple times as I was in disbelief!!! It was way too good to be true. For a tiny split second, we considered that he may be magical!???? I went so far as to offer him additional money over what our signed contract stated. He declined. Obviously, I recommend Stephen Foster without reserve!!???? I will never hire any other attorney, other than Stephen, now that Ashley will be a judge.
