  Don’t be intimidated to try a Crossfit class OR TWO in my case. Yep, I was a bit scared initially but the coaches at Blacksite helped me to feel successful, even as a newbie. A 57 year old newbie! Most importantly, Coach David and Coach Jeff Hymel, owner made sure what I was doing was safe but still challenging, even with some special wrist restrictions. The gym is clean and both days’ groups were friendly and encouraging. If you think you can’t, think again. They’ll make it work for you and you will leave feeling triumphant!

  I’ve been a member of Ballistic for several years now and feel this review is long overdue.
  I give the coaching staff top ratings! They are amazing. Every coach truly cares about each member and their goals. Each coach is excited by any progress you make and always there to offer input on how to help you achieve your goals and beyond.
  
  The programming is challenging and planned precisely. I’ve been a member of 3 other gyms prior to Ballistic and they never had the well thought out programming that Ballistic has. The coaches carefully plan out endurance and strength workouts.
  
  Overall culture of the gym is outstanding. Everyone is welcoming and classes are not intimidating. Members range from all ages and fitness levels.

  Dropped in while in town on a business trip. First of all I love that the WOD was posted online so I knew what I was getting into. Secondly, Coach Sabrina welcomed me like I was an old friend and gave really great instructions for the moves. She was on top of making sure everyone had the right amount of verbal cues and was more than accessible for questions. I’ll definitely be stopping in when I’m in town for future trips. Loved the atmosphere and felt at home. Thanks Sabrina!

  Best gym I’ve been to by far. Great programming with very technical coaching on proper technique from basic to advance movements. Very friendly environment, great for the competitors and the first timers.
