  Clear Choice Remodeling did an outstanding job remodeling our master bath and laundry room. They were professionals from the start with great designs from Jana and Gen. The quality of the materials used was first rate as was the work. The plumber, Eric with his attention to detail and the tile mason's masterful interweaving old and new tile was especially outstanding. We loved working with Mary and Ann. They always were available for questions and quick in resolving any issues that arose. We would highly recommend Clear Choice Remodeling and Jana Ward Designs for any remodeling job.

  I'm new to San Antonio and was fortunate enough to be referred to Clear Choice by a friend.
  
  I got three bids and while the scope of the work I presented to each of the three was the same, they didn't all do the same work nor offer the same level of service. I appreciated that Clear Choice was going to handle every aspect of the job (once I'd picked the doors, fans, fixtures, etc.) While there were lower bids, they would've involved more work on my part.
  
  Another differentiator is that Clear Choice works with master electricians, plumbers, etc., and guarantees their work for as long as you live in your home (wow!) They were also the only ones to tell me that one of my renovation ideas possibly wouldn't work due to structural constraints.
  
  Clear Choice replaced 17 interior doors, six ceiling fans, combined two small bedrooms to make one large bedroom, and removed all the carpeting on the second floor and replaced it with hardwood floor (to match the existing hardwood floor downstairs).
  
  Mary, the director of operations, is extremely thorough, and on the initial appointment, easily spent 90 minutes at the house, taking careful notes and measurements. This level of detail was then reflected in the proposal. Mary was my primary contact and was responsive at all times. Jana, the owner, also was great to work with and freely offered her design expertise.
  
  If I have a future remodeling need, I'll definitely be calling Clear Choice!

  Jana and her crew are second to none. They have remodeled every room in our home. She helps us from the idea to final detail. Her quotes are detailed and accurate. She address any concerns quickly making time for you even on our hectic schedule. We trust her like family. She has two fabulous program managers who are caring, prompt and have a set of their own ideas to compliment hers. We wouldn’t have anyone else do a remodel!

  My family has used Clear Choice for both of our bathroom renovations. Their work is it exceptional, and Jana, Mary, and Ann are fabulous to work with! There was a problem with the shower pan in our first bathroom; they repaired it in a timely manner and it’s good as new. Both of my bathrooms are exquisite and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Their professionalism, business ethics, and craftsmanship can’t be beat.

  We interviewed 5 companies when looking to remodel our kitchen. We had a very small kitchen that was enclosed due to a load bearing wall. Clear Choice was the only company that understood what we wanted and Jana immediately had a plan on how to get us our dream kitchen. It was a wonderful experience working with Clear Choice. Mary, our PM, was transparent and accessible, and explained the process every step of the way. The end-result was beautiful and I highly recommend Clear Choice. I certainly will be going with Clear Choice on our next project.
