  We were offered excellent service, and found exactly what we were looking for! We never felt pressured, and the manager was honest with us about the pros and cons of different warranty options, which shows a level of integrity that we definitely respect. I also had a family heirloom engagement ring repaired through them, and they informed me that my ring was of much higher quality than I was aware of! They even took the time to show me the quality of my diamond versus others so I could understand what they were explaining to me. They also had a great sales deal going on! Overall great experience, we will definitely return in the future. Thanks y'all!

  This store is officially under new management. The first image is not reflective of the store front or location, look at the second. Rick is the new store manager and he is amazing.
  
  We had my engagement ring custom made. It was a very complicated process and Rick was amazing throughout the whole thing. He honored discounts that the previous manager promised after she disappeared abruptly to move to El Paso. He is incredibly responsive via email. I was really let down by all the local places up north and I'm happy we found Kay here.
  
  I emailed him to let him know we were planning a custom design for our wedding bands and would make the move in some months. Any time a sale came around where we could save money, he thought of us... and we ended up saving $400!
  
  If you are looking for a jewelry store that will take care of you... come here and ask for Rick. Seriously.

  I absolutely LOVE this store and refuse to go anywhere else for our jewelry needs. Rick, the new store manager, is so kind and truly listens to your needs and helps you find it and then helps you get the best price possible! This place is a gem!!!!! So grateful to Rick and his team. They feel like friends of the family!!! Go! NOW! You won't regret it!!
