(August 7, 2019, 11:41 pm)I’ve been at the Flats for a little over a month and am loving it here! The staff is super nice and welcoming especially Laci. We just moved here from California and she made sure we got exactly what we needed when it came to our new home. Apartments are very nice and well maintained. I strongly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a new home.

(February 21, 2019, 5:57 pm)The staff are so amazing! One of the ladies in particular, Amber, is extremely helpful and attentive. She is so kind, willing to answer any questions we may have, and will always make time for your needs. I had something that needed to be repaired and not even two hours later, someone was at my apartment to fix the issue and even addressed a couple others. The apartments are beautiful, yes, but the people are what make it worth living here. 5/5 stars for sure!

(February 21, 2019, 11:18 am)Had the absolute pleasure of living at The Flats at Westover prior to purchasing our home. We had the best experience of all the apartments we’ve lived in over a 10 year span.
The property was always clean, the communication was swift and effective, the few work orders were quickly acknowledged and worked on.
Our agent was Amber Y. and she was a breathe of fresh air. Her professionalism and courtesy made our stay extremely pleasing.
We strongly recommend this property to anyone looking for an upscale, stress-less, comfortable, quiet living property.
