  Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The kitchenette and full size refrigerator is very convenient. They have several washing machines and dryers in the guest laundry room so you don’t have to wait to wash clothes and they also take quarters or you can use your credit card. The staff are very nice. Stefani is so helpful with anything and everything. I highly recommend this place.

  I stayed here while visiting family that had flown in n from overseas. One of the most comfortable hotels I've ever been in. Remarkably clean rooms, comfortable beds, and Stefinee at the front desk was so friendly, while remaining professional. H

  when I asked how much for two rooms everything seem fine until I was told a different price by the front desk and kinda brought my spirits down. But then Summer was a BIG help who I cant thank enough for helping me out with those two rooms I got. Only issue was when I told the front desk for some new towels and a clean up I came back to my room all dirty and didn't have any towels upon request and was later told how sorry she was and that she forgot about my request that following evening returning to my room. overall I would give it 5 stars. just needs minor improvements for the near future when I am visiting San Antonio again.

  Fantastic use of space in the room. Perfectly new and easy to locate property behind the Sears Service Center. If your navigating to the location via Google Maps don’t miss your turn as you come off 410. The driveway is behind the service center. Very cute accommodations with everything you need for a short or extended trip. Stephanie the front desk attendant made the check in process smooth and easy. The property is pet friendly and has pet stations located on the grounds. It’s situated in a key area close to Lackland and Seaworld. One area they must address is the elevator. It wasn’t working properly and at one point it was not in operation and the stairs were the only option. But it helped me get my exercise in. I also noticed a linen charge on my receipt that wasn’t included in my expedía total. I will have to follow up on that. Great stay we will come again!
