  Could not have had a better experience while at Cavender!! I was helped by Brandon G who answered all of my questions and provided phenomenal customer service. He was very polite, not pushy at all, and let me know all the available options that fell within my price range. 10/10 would recommend both Brandon G and Cavender to anyone in the market for a car!

  I’ve been debating buying a new vehicle for a while now. I was working with Jarrett and he was patient and knowledgeable. Let me test drive a bunch of trucks and answered a bunch of my questions. Will in the Finance department was meticulous on explaining the pros and cons of the employee pricing vs the Costco deals. I walked away happy.

  I want to give a big shout out to Salesman Devon M. & Sales Manager Eric Cantu for making the new car buying experience out of this world!   Just purchased a Buick Encore suv on 12/23 and had the best service ever!
  
  Devon was my sales rep, and answered ALL my questions. GREAT customer service. Super knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained everything in great detail.
  
  Eric the manager, was also very thorough and gave me a fair trade for my Subaru.
  
  Valeria, the finance person went into great detail explaining my options, from everything to term, to extra package options to the interest rate.
  
  Lee Cavender also stopped in just to introduce himself and make sure my experience was a good one.
  
  I truly appreciate everyone at this dealership and am thankful that the customers obviously matter to them and that they went above and beyond in making sure I picked a vehicle I liked and that I understood everything from the bells and whistles on the vehicle, to the finance terms.
  
  Will definitely get my business again in the future.

  My husband and I just purchased a vehicle from Cavender Buic GMC. We would like to thank Steven Gonzales for his assistance. He listened to what we wanted and what we needed all while keeping our budget in mind. He was very respectful, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He made the car search stress free.
