  Went by on Thursday 8/1/2019. Omar was way beyond typical customer service expectations. Wife's phone was not charging any more, so we had to replace. Omar suggested a new model in same line, LG, at very affordable cost. He then took care of activation, moving contacts from old phone to new, plus switching the SD memory card from old broken phone to the new, improved, faster, smarter, replacement. He was super courtious, and even gave us some chilled water to drink while setting up the new phone. Omar is a shining example of what true customer service should be, and I would highly recommend all should see him for all your phone needs, especially for Metro PCS.

  The employee here was knowledgeable and helpful. They were very quick to get my new phone set up. I highly recommend this Metro store. Great phone selection and great accessories.

  I came in to this location and Omar was AMAZING!!!! My phone was completely damaged and he helped me out a whole lot with a phone upgrade ×2. He sold me this great promotion of getting 2 lines for the same price I was already paying for 1. I greatly recommend you guys to come see Omar. My best friend is totally returning to see him to switch from T-Mobile. Thank you so much for all of this Omar!!!
