  We have owned our Oreck XL21 for 12 years now and I would never take our vacuum cleaner anywhere else. Every year I take it in for service and the employees, at this store, have always been extremely courteous, respectful an very knowledgeable. It's always a pleasure to deal with Erica, Edward and Justin. Truly, this is one of the very few businesses left that still knows their products and how to treat their customers.

  I was getting my eyes checked next door and saw this vacuum shop and went to ask about my D-vacuum. The gentleman said yes we work on all vacuums just bring it in and told me the store hours so I won’t make a trip out on Sunday when the store is closed. When I did go back a week later he remembered me . My son vacuumed his sock and it was stuck. I had a service done and unclog of a sick. The vacuum was very clean. This vacuum will know go with my son to college. I am very pleased with the service from here. I ended up with a Miele vacuum! This vacuum I can dust and clean all my floors!! Very excited for my new vacuum canister. They explained everything and wrote the store number if I ever had any questions just call and they will help me

  Brought my vacuum in 2 parts. The employees at the store helped me right away and my vacuum is working better. Very helpful and friendly. I took the past reviews in mind when I came to this store and not at all negative like the reviews. I asked about a steamer cord and the lady told me they are unsafe to replace and she tried to look up one for a customer not to long ago and could not find one anywhere due to the safety issue to replace it. So like I said some people are just negative when they do not get their way! The employees go out of their way to help and I saw this while I waited for my vacuum to be fixed. I will come back GREAT STORE!!!!!!
