Texas Pediatric Specialties and Family Sleep Center

We had our first visit with Amy Duncan yesterday and we really enjoyed how well she communicated with my daughter. She’s very kind and patient and validated everything my daughter and I were concerned about. We are very happy we found her!

NP Amy Duncan is great. She listens and will explain everything. She is open to hearing what you’re going through with your child. She has been quick with my child’s paperwork and dealing with insurance to get his medication covered by our insurance. It has been my experience that she is very caring and wants to help children get better and be less medicated. She is faster than most drs to respond and easily accessible through patient portal. I am not a morning person but I didn’t mind waking up for an 8:30am appointment my child had scheduled with her. She was also able to assist in helping with my child’s VNS. With some additional guidance from Dr. Richards, and they make a great neurological team for my child.

We are super happy about our appointment with Dr. Marsh. He is one of the most knowledgeable neurologist and he takes time to talk with us about ALL our concerns. I would give him ten stars rating if we could! Highly recommend him to any family who need to see a pediatric neurologist.

Dr. Marsh is an amazing physician! He is patient and detailed and really listens to parents. He values parent input and doesn’t think any question is trivial. The office staff is wonderful. The nurses respond almost immediately to messages in the patient portal. The referral coordinator worked hard to get us in when there was an issue with our insurance. I can’t say enough good things!

Waiting room was closed. Office request that you call upon arrival and they will call you back when ready. Nurse we had was great. She talked to.my son whom is 5 very well. She asked him questions and then let me expand on his answers. It was really nice to have that because most of the time they ignore your child and just talk to you. Dr. Marsh was great. He listened to my concerns and his examination was very thorough. Very nice office.
