  They saw our dog as a walk in emergency. Our dog was very old, and had deteriorated quickly. I didn't want to wait two more days to go to our regular vet. Our sweet dog, Lady had to be put down. They were very compassionate. They handled everything with professionalism

  They tend to overprescribe antibionics* but otherwise great; both of my dogs have been several times and been happy to be there.
  
  *They want me to give them antibiotics for every little thing after telling me theirs no infection. I've never administered them and never had a problem.

  My dog Towser, a large black lab rescue, started vomiting on Friday evening and continued to not eat or even keep water down. VCA took us as a walk-in on Saturday morning. Towser is sometimes afraid of people due to his past, but Tony The Vet tech was excellent with him. Both he and Dr. Schwab the Vet were very kind to him. We explored the options of what was happening with him and fortunately the meds seemed to do the trick. He is fine now. What also impressed me is that Dr. Schwab sent me several texts on Sunday to see how he was doing and also a follow up call Monday. I take both Towser and my little Pomeranian here and have never been disappointed with the care we receive.
