  Phil is absolute amazing instructor who is really dedicated to your learning. He not only pushes you to learn the basics but He encourages you to go further. I highly recommend Potters Wheel Music. If you are willing to put in the work and time, you will go far with this instructor.

  My 8 yr. old son is doing great with his drum lessons. Mr. Phil makes it fun and easy to understand rhythm and learn music theory, even for young musicians!
  
  My 7 yr. old daughter is also taking guitar lessons here. Both are getting an excellent start in music.

  Phil is a great teacher! He adapts his teaching so that you really understand what it is that he is trying to teach you. I enjoy every time that I get a lesson from him. I would definitely recommend him as your drum instructor!

  I had been playing drums for a few years before I started taking lessons from Phil. I thought I knew a lot but I had plateaued in my drumming. Then Phil came along and helped me grow incredibly. He made me a more technical drummer and helped me learn how to stay in the pocket of the song. Everything he teaches is for a certain purpose and will ultimately make you a much more mature drummer. He is very encouraging and is willing to help in any way but he also expects you to do work by yourself when he Isn't there in order to be ready for the next session. I really enjoyed my time growing in my skills from one of the best drummers out there.
