Great ???? customer servic, very kind & helpful so I understood everything the staff was telling me.
I had an MRI at Alamo City MRI (Fredericksburg Road) location yesterday. I was very impressed with the facility and the staff. Roxanne and Nate were very friendly and helpful. I was on time for my exam and there was no wait time. Nate gave me a CD of my images after the exam.
I would recommend Alamo City MRI. Given the clean facility, helpful staff and minimal wait times; Alamo City MRI seems a step above the competition.
Receptionist clerk was very nice & courteous however the male person who conducted the MRI came across very robotic. When I asked what his name was he said my name is N A T , he actually spelled him name instead of saying it. I do know how to spell Mr. N A T. He wasn't rude however when a patient is scheduled for an MRI they are obviously in some type of pain. Hope you don't treat everyone like that......anyone working in the medical field should know the difference between sympathy & empathy. Hope I don't have to return to the same location.
Good experience. I'm very afraid of the mri machine they made it as easy as possible. And when I needed films on short notice they got me in quickly and got me what I needed for the surgeon same day.
