  Friendly staff very helpful. They have a swimming pool..but not much more. No.fitness center no other amenities. However very safe place to live. No issues ever there. Just wish they had more to offer considering the cost.

  Just handed in my keys after living here for 4 years. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this complex! My family and I absolutely loved living here. It's a nice quiet complex. The neighbors are friendly. The pool is awesome in the summer and always clean. The maintenance staff can't be beat. The office staff is always warm and welcoming. The only reason we are moving is because we needed a 3 bedroom otherwise we wouldn't be going anywhere! Thank you so much Turtle Creek for being such a wonderful home for our family all these years. We will absolutely miss this place!

  Want to say that I have lived here for a few months now and I am glad I decided to pick this place instead of the other place I was thinking about. I have lived in 3 other apartments besides this one, and over all this place is way cleaner and just nicer over all. The maintenance staff is great they get stuff done right away. Norma in the office is so nice, and she will do what ever she can to make sure you are a happy camper. I know there is a manager there, I have not meet her yet. I do not have any complements expect the gate. The exit gate has not been working for over a month now, but I am sure that they are in the works of getting that fixed.

  Just wanted to say that I LOVE IT HERE. I have been here a few years now and just signed another lease for another year. Both maintenance and the office staff are beyond amazing. I can call something in and it gets done right way. All of the other residents are very friendly. It is a small apartment complex so everyone knows everyone it seems like. I can not wait for the dog park to come. I have a small dog, and he loves to play with other dogs, so I think this will be a great addition to the complex.

  I have been living here for a while now. I can not tell you how amazing this place is. I have yet to have had any problems getting in or out of this property. I guess, it really is not a problem for most. Just some. As far as parking, I have no issues with that either. I decided to PAY for a covered parking so that is not a problem for me. Maintenance... well, there are really no words to express how wonderful they really are. I put in a work order, and with in 1-2 days it is taken care of. Yes, don't get me wrong, there are times, when they might have to order a part, but, they let me know, and as soon as it comes in, it is taken care of. I do have a complaint of the residents that have dogs that do not pick up after them. Once again, I said against the residents, this has nothing to do with the maintenance nor the management, that is not their responsibility. Water cut off's are frequent. The way I see it, If you want your issues fixed, then the water has to be shut off. The reason I see it like that is, because I myself, am one of the reasons the water was shut off. My water heater had to be fixed. So sorry guys, that I did not want to shower in cold water. I am sure, that if it was you. It would not have bothered you if the water had to be shut off. Over all this property is great. I have lived in Apartments my whole life, and this one is hands down the best.
