The apartments are really nice, up to date, grounds are beautiful and and the maintenance crew is the best! The Management team was always friendly, informative, and courteous. The entire crew is impeccable! I would recommend Palazzo Apartments and I give them a "5 star" rating!

(March 12, 2019, 3:33 pm)I have lived at Palazzo Condominiums for 4 years, their Management Team is amazing!!! Very friendly and willing to make your day better! This is one residence that will step up to help you and keep the grounds looking neat and clean. Any plumbing or small item that needs replacing they make every effort to fix the issue pronto!! I have been treated with respect, they're always willing to listen and work on your be-half.

The apartments are beautiful, the grounds are well maintained, and the staff is extremely professional and nice. Barry, Priyanka, and Jason all go out of their way to make sure you’re well taken care of. To top it off, fun events are held at the clubhouse periodically to allow the residents to get to know each other as well. It’s truly been a pleasure to call this place home!

They go above and beyond to ensure their tenants are comfortable. They make sure the grounds are clean and safe!! Living here is worth every penny.

(March 9, 2019, 4:34 pm)I have been at the Palazzo for 2 years. The apartments are nice and good value for the size. The staff has been excellent. The grounds are well kept, always clean. Maintenance is great! I have never had to wait more than 48hrs for them to address even the smallest request, I.e. change light bulbs or adjust the dining room chandelier for a new, taller table. I would highly recommend the Palazzo to anyone in the Medical Center area.
