I have only been a few times, but I love Dr. Hoefle. She listens, is competent, is compassionate, and she helps navigate all sorts of medical things e.g. referrals, recommendations, medications, etc. She is thorough and will give you as much time as you need. Her nurse is also fantastic. The clinic staff members are generally quite pleasant. Sure, it can be difficult to get an appointment, but if you really need to see a doctor they have a Saturday clinic or you can see another doc in the practice. And sure I had to wait to be seen for my appointment once, but I mean I figure that just means another patient needed more time. It is hard to know how long someone will need when they make an appointment. It is what it is and no different anywhere else. This doctor is worth the wait in my opinion. Also, they have a lab onsite so that's handy.
