Maintenance requests can be initiated online and tracked online, including interaction with vendors. They do a great job playing the middle person between me and the owner of the rental property. I would definitely recommend for anyone renting.

When I call or email, someone always gets back to me same day or next day. With my last property manager, I felt like my emails went into the black hole.
