  Looking for a new place, I came across this amazing and beautiful complex. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Mrs. Cruz and her staff, they were very friendly and helpful. Houston was happy to give me a tour of the property and provided me with information and answered any questions I had about the property. Living in my current complex where parking has been an issue, I was pleased to know there is plenty of parking for residents. I also liked how well kept and up to date the amenities were, especially the pool and gym. I can’t wait to move in come March!

  Amazing staff and community. Alexis helped me when I first rented here and was extremely helpful and attentive to my needs. Jennifer in the front office is also very helpful when I need anything. The maintenance team is amazing and timely. They recently changed to Cortland and so far so good. I will definitely be renewing when its time!

  I came across this amazing apartment complex and love it! Houston and Maryen did an amazing job helping me get everything done for a smooth move in. Victor and Joe met me at my apartment and made sure I was satisfied with it before I started moving in my stuff. The entire staff in the office is friendly and helpful. The pool is amazing, cant wait til summer and the gym is big and well kept. Very glad I decided on moving here.

  Excellent experience. Grounds are beautiful and seem well kept. Love the elevators. Had a great vibe when I walked in. A young lady, Alexis welcomed me with a friendly hand shake and smile. She seemed knowledgeable about the apartments and also let me know about the social events they have. She showed me a three bedroom with gorgeous views. I am sold. When it is time for my move in March, this will be my new home. Alexis went above and beyond in helping me. I enjoyed her positive energy and professionalism.

  Love this property! Before moving here I was living in the Rim / La Cantera area and I’m so happy we made the decision to relocate. This property has AMAZING views. It’s super quiet out here, no noisy & obnoxious neighbors. Everyone is super friendly. The staff has been great. I worked with Jennifer and Houston the most and they’ve been wonderful. Maintenance workers are also amazing and friendly. Love everything about this place.
