  I had a great experience at this new CareNow Urgent care clinic on Bulverde Rd. The staff checked me in very quickly and I waited less then 5 minutes to be taken to a room. Dr. Lenien took the time to listen to me and provided suggestions for treatment. This will be my go to location for basic clinic care needs.

  Urgent Care was great. The girls in the office were very nice. The Doctor, Jackie, was very personable and very Thorough! If necessary. I would definitely go back!

  This clinic has only been open 2 months. I went here for the first time for a sinus infection. I was a walk-in but you can fill out the paperwork online before you arrive. If there are a lot of people in front of you, you can wait at home and they will call you. Marina gave me 2 sheets to fill out and that was it! I was there only a few minutes when Tina called my name. She took my vitals and asked a few questions about my current illness. She left and a few minutes later the nurse Practitioner Diana came in. She quickly diagnosed me and gave me several options for my treatment. She wrote the prescriptions and sent them to my pharmacy. All 3 woman were friendly, competent and caring. They worked well together to make my visit quick and comfortable. I will definitely return when I have another minor illness.

  I received attention very quickly and with a great attitude. The nurse was very sweet but the Doctor was amazing, it's very hard to find a Doctor now in days to get invested in your care and offer guidance and truly take the time to go over everything with you, Instead of your usual 2 min come and go doctor. I will definitely return!

  This is such a great place to go to when you’re not feeling well! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The doctor herself, was very attentive and kind. The overall visit, was great. I usually have anxiety about going to urgent cares, but they were so nice that I felt completely at ease despite the pain I was in due to my injury.
