  Firstly, thank you so so much Ms. Tanya L, T-Mobile is lucky to have you. I came to this store almost a year ago to purchase a phone/add a line. The young lady that helped me went above and beyond to make sure I got something my girlfriend would love and be happy with ( I was clueless ). Luckily she also made sure I was protected and insured which helped out so much when that phone was stolen just a month later. When I came back to unfortunately get another phone , she was there for me and made the horrible situation so easy, not only was she personable and sympathetic I was actually able to walk away feeling even better about everything. But her impeccable customer service and outstanding knowledge of all that is T-Mobile knows no bounds cause she just saved my Christmas!! She went out of her way to make sure I was able to purchase and have my Apple Watch in time for Christmas. I have never had such a consistent amazing experience in retail. Thank you thank you thank you to Ms. Tanya L. and her manager Govanna, these ladies are doing an amazing job I wish I could give them more business ten times over. I’m so happy with everything, they deserve so much praise! I wish I could give 10 stars. Will always recommend coming to this store to everyone I know.

  The store st McCullough was very professional and courteous. The music was not loud and the store was clean. Parking however is a bit of a challenge

  This was the best customer service. Jose was extremely helpful in helping us get a new plan for our package for the absolute best price! He was patient, diligent and worked quickly. Best part is the “Netflix on us” and he help us set it up with our plans. Definitely will be coming to this specific store for all my t mobile needs! Highly recommend, especially coming from someone who would much prefer to have everything done on the phone. The trip was definitely worth it.
