  These guys are the best for service. There’s no comparison between Carts Etc and the dealer I used previously Not only were their prices better, but they kept me informed of exactly what they were doing. Transporting the cart there was more expensive but it was well worth the extra cost to have the cart finally fixed properly. And they detailed the cart at no cost... and believe me it was filthy. Even the transport driver was knowledgable and courteous. I’ll never take my cart anywhere else. And when I get ready to replace it, I’ll go to Carts, Etc! Thanks gentlemen for taking such good care of me.

  I manage a team of 30 sales people and was floored today by the customer service I received. I needed a simple inexpensive tune up kit but was not able to make it by the time they closed. The lady I spoke to was not only extremely personable but she offered to let me make the purchase and leave it outside for me. To add to the experience she even text me pictures of the kit, where it was and even followed up later to make sure I found it! I don’t spend allot of money on my cart, luckily, but every dollar will go to Golf Carts Etc.

  My company bought a yamaha golf cart from these guys about a year ago super reliable cart so far way more comfortable than the last we had. Today I went in because the charger stopped working. They tested it for free turns out it was bad. The awesome lady at the counter hooked it up with a referb for a good price. Nicest people always ready to help.

  Very nice store. Parking is tight when pulling a trailer. A sign is on the door for delivers around back but I was unsure if I could drive back there so I parked my truck on the paved parking lot and my trailer went into the grass. I was able to talk to a mechanic rather than writing the cart issues down, otherwise I would have used 2 pages. I will use them again, great resource for Yamaha products.
