Admin and nurses were all professional and kind. This was my first time here but left the office feeling I was in good hands.
I saw Dr Moran for the first time yesterday and, at first, I thought he was being a jerk to me but he had really good points about needing to treat the root cause of the problem, not just the symptoms especially since I'm only 32. I, however, have seen numerous doctors and know that the root cause cannot be treated without significantly expensive and risky surgery and the liver doctor has advised it's better to keep doing what I have been doing and watch the lesions on my liver as they will most likely shrink and hopefully my symptoms will disappear, with them. Despite my frustration and ending up in tears, to no fault of Dr Moran's, I ended the day feeling taken care of and like he truly cared about me. I originally left his office feeling abandoned and uncared for, with the same suggestions that I've heard 20 times before. I then received a phone call to say that he had reconsidered his treatment plan. The mere fact that he reconsidered his treatment plan shows that he truly cares about his patients. If he didn't, he would have went about his day without a second thought. Instead, he reviewed my case in more depth after I had left his office.

I wanted to correct any problems a patient may have had during an encounter. Unfortunately, none of the three people that evaluated me 1 out of 5 stars are registered patients in my clinic....they have never been seen by me or even come to my clinic. Unfortunately, readers have no way to validate the authenticity of any evaluation. On the other hand, the patient that gave me five out of five stars is a valid patient. Thanks for the kind words. We always try to do better so I gave myself a four out of five stars!
