(June 15, 2019, 2:51 pm)Ok.....so my brother had a very bad experience with a barber here in San Antonio. He is only coming to visit from Montana. I voiced my grievances on social media and Byron, a barber here apologized for the bad experience and offered his services. I'm so glad we took it because my brother's cut was FYE!!!!! Not fire but FYE!!! I could tell that as a barber he was embarrassed by the previous barber's work. We were greeted when we came in, we were informed as to how long the wait would be, he took his time to fix the situation and when he was done he brushed the hair off his ears, head and clothes. Honestly, I felt like crying. No lie! Byron you were exceptional, the epitome of professionalism. Keep SA shining!!!!
