(September 4, 2019, 9:20 am)Sharon at Miracle-Ear is my Hero - yesterday my dear friend who is in the hospital lost her batteries and also complained she could not hear at all without her hearing aids -I called Miracle-Ear and explained the situation. It was 15 minutes from closing and Sharon without hesitation told me to come and she would take care of everything. She was so professional and so nice. She cleaned and installed new batteries. I cannot say thank you enough for helping me and helping my friend hear again. It is the little thing people do that make the biggest impact. Thank you Sharon for all you did. A+ Customer Service

I’ve heard nothing but wonderful things about your Universal City Tx & Sharon (upfront) is the best! I had to reschedule a couple times (before I asked about ins) & she has always been so kind & patient. I would recommend this office to anyone I know that would need your services!!!
